Who are the Friends of St Carlo Acutis Australia?

Friends of St Carlo Acutis, Australia is a lay initiative that was established in response to the intense interest shown in St Carlo, the first 'Millennial Saint'. We are a Private Association of Christ's Lay Faithful, established in the Diocese of Armidale (New South Wales, Australia). Friends of St Carlo Acutis, Australia was recognised and approved according to canon law by Most Reverend Peter Murphy, Bishop of Armidale, on 9 March 2026.

The purpose of Friends of St Carlo Acutis, Australia is to evangelise and encourage the faithful to follow and emulate St Carlo's spirituality and example, which will help us to be transformed into Love through the Eucharist.

One of our most important initiatives is the Spiritual Association that shares our name, Friends of St Carlo Acutis, Australia. You can become part of this Apostolate by enrolling as a Friend, where you will find support and encouragement to follow St Carlo's spirituality as you strive in your journey of holiness to become a saint. The Apostolate aims to support the Friends with social media posts, newsletters, as well as information and resources accessed via our website. We would be interested to learn from Friends how we can best help them to be transformed into love through the Eucharist.

The Association also helps Friends and anyone else to access St Carlo's work such as his Exhibition of Eucharistic Miracles of the World. We can also provide information on obtaining a relic or visiting the tomb of St Carlo in Assisi.

Saint Carlo Press is our publishing house where you can buy books by St Carlo and about him, as well as books about the Eucharist, something so important to St Carlo and his faith.

"Always remember that you, too, can become a saint!"
